Our Offer
Passionate and experienced, our team designs and delivers interior architecture and design projects for both professionals and private clients: retail spaces, workspaces, scenography, events, hotels, restaurants, public and private residential projects, objects, furniture, and experiential environments.
We offer several levels of involvement:
Creative direction and concept development, Sketch phase
Design, content creation, development, and project support, APS/APD phases
Full-service mission including production, execution, and delivery of turnkey projects, Production phase
We manage the entire process, from concept to completion: from a global, strategic, and conceptual vision through to execution, with careful attention to every detail.
We place particular emphasis on the materials we recommend, as well as on the craftsmen and companies who bring them to life. Each of our creations is enriched by the expertise of those who realize them.
Digital is an integral part of our daily practice, both in our tools and in our creations. When integrated into architecture, digital technologies can enhance and elevate spaces. They also represent a craft in their own right.
Our values
We are an ethical agency, committed to respecting the individuals within our team as well as everyone involved in our projects.
We also take responsibility for the challenges related to our work, whether environmental, social, or budgetary. These responsibilities, carefully considered, form the foundation of our design approach.
Our disciplines
We design interior architecture projects based on a brief, a detailed analysis of the site and its constraints, and a defined budget. We support our clients in their strategic thinking, translate concepts into visual representations, and develop all project phases through detailed plans.
We source appropriate materials, craftsmen, and contractors to bring each project to life. We oversee the entire process through to completion and final handover to the client.
We have a strong ability to understand the identity of a brand, a place, or an object.
We develop and manage its visual expressions, designing communication elements such as packaging and associated graphic identity. This holistic vision ensures that our creations are both coherent and relevant within their market.
We oversee the execution of the architectural projects, retail spaces, residences, and exhibitions we design.
Our team produces all the documentation required for each phase of the project, through to final delivery and handover to the client.

Jean Baptiste Auvray
Jean Baptiste Auvray spent his childhood in his father’s workshop, an artisan upholsterer, experimenting and playing with materials. These formative years nurtured his passion for creation and led him naturally toward the applied arts.
In 2000, he graduated with a DNSEP (Master’s degree) from the École Supérieure d’Art et de Design de Reims, receiving the jury’s highest honors. From 2000 to 2010, he collaborated with designer Patrick Jouin, where he developed interior architecture, industrial design, and furniture projects for the studio. In 2010, Jean Baptiste Auvray founded Agence Auvray in Paris and Annecy, which became Faire Agency in 2018, with the ambition to combine the highest levels of craftsmanship with a sensitive design approach rooted in materiality and human connection.
Faire Agency designs objects, furniture, interior architecture, exhibitions, and scenography. Its clients include luxury houses such as Chanel, Piaget, and Van Cleef & Arpels, as well as retail brands like Sherpa, restaurateurs, hotel groups, and furniture publishers including Fermob, Fly, and Ego Paris.
One of Faire Agency’s key strengths lies in its ability to identify the right materials and craftsmanship to translate a concept into reality. This requires maintaining a network of exceptional artisans, ready to take on ambitious challenges.
